Kittatinny Regional High School 2024-25 Sport's Registration

                       Follow these 4 steps to be sure your child is eligible for the 2024-25 winter sport's season

ALL MEDICAL FORMS AND ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR WINTER SPORTS ARE DUE 11/6/24.  OUR SCHOOL PHYSICIAN MUST REVIEW ALL MEDICAL FORMS ONCE SUBMITTED TO KRHS PRIOR TO A STUDENT-ATHLETE’S PARTICIPATION.  THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE UP TO ONE WEEK.  MEDICAL FORMS AND/OR REGISTRATION SUBMITTED PAST THE DEADLINE MAY DELAY THE STUDENT-ATHLETE’S PARTICIPATION IN WINTER SPORTS.  IF YOU SUBMIT FORMS ON THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE, YOUR PARTICIPATION WILL BE DELAYED!  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

STEP 1:  SUBMIT A MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY FORM (**NEW FOR 2024-25!!)

A student-athlete participating in a sport must have a physical exam completed by a physician within 365 days from the official season start date.  The New Jersey Department of Education has updated the pre-participation physical evaluation form and procedure for submitting it to schools.  Any physical exam completed after 7/1/24 will need to be submitted to the school using the below procedure:

  • Print the pre-participation physical evaluation form & medical eligibility form (CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM)

  • Have your physician complete both forms on the day of your exam

  • Your physician’s office keeps and files the pre-participation physical evaluation form

  • Submit the 1-page medical eligibility form to the KRHS main office or email to the athletic trainer (bschulma@krhs.net)

  • ONLY SUBMIT THE 1-PAGE MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY FORM TO KRHS.  WE DO NOT NEED YOUR PRE-PARICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM.  INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

 

STEP 2:  SUBMIT A HEALTH HISTORY UPDATE FORM

A student-athlete participating in a sport must hand in and have on file in the nurse’s office a HARD COPY of a Health History Update Form (CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM) prior to each sport’s season ONLY IF the date of the medical eligibilty form on file is greater than 90 days from the start of the first official practice of the season.  Completed forms can be submitted to the main office or emailed to the athletic trainer (bschulma@krhs.net).  

 

 

STEP 3:  COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION

 

1. To register online, scroll to the bottom of this page and click the "Athletic Team Registration" icon

 

 

STEP 4:  SUBMIT ATHLETIC FEE PAYMENT

  1. Create your account at www.payschoolscentral.com

  2. You can use your computer or tablet.  If you want to use your phone, download the Payschools Central App on the Apple App Store or Google Play. 

  3. Complete account registration by selecting register, enter profile details, setting up your password via the email link sent to you.  Then log in. 

  4. Add your child(ren) to your account using their student ID number. 

  5. You may enter credit card information or banking information, or check out as a guest. 

  6. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the payment to process.

  7. Checks made out to Kittatinny Regional High School may be sent into school Attn:  Mrs. Orozco 

  8.  *** Please remember it is an annual FAMILY Athletic fee of $75.00***

 IMPORTANT:  THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS REQUIRES THE FAMILY TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND REGISTER ALL SIBLINGS FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE SPORT UNDER THE SAME FAMILY ACCOUNT.  IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CREATED A FAMILY ACCOUNT TO REGISTER FOR A PRIOR SPORT AT KRHS, DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT.  THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU REGISTER IF YOU CREATE A DUPLICATE FAMILY ACCOUNT.  YOU MUST REGISTER ALL SIBLINGS FOR A 2024-25 SPORT WITH YOUR EXISTING FAMILY ACCOUNT BY SELECTING “RETURNING USERS.”  CONTACT THE ATHLETIC TRAINER (bschulma@krhs.net) IF YOU CANNOT REMEMBER THE USERNAME OR PASSWORD TO YOUR EXISTING FAMILY ACCOUNT.  IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME USING OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM, YOU MUST CREATE A FAMILY ACCOUNT TO PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION BY SELECTING “NEW USERS.”
